Now hair breaking

I have left multiple reviews and requested refunds for the products I purchased because they are awful and gotten no response. Such a scam!!!

I wish there had been more clarification in the box instructions and on the YouTube video that grey hair should be covered first. Without that clarification, I wound up with roots that are lighter in color than the rest of my hair.
