Your product sucks . When you order dark brown it should not be chestnut 🌰!!! Because it makes my roots look orange!!!

Do not care for the root touch up. Color transfers on your hands and it’s sticky and makes your hair feel course. The only good thing was the coverage

Ordered my products two weeks ago. Still haven’t received it

Never received my work product and cannot get a hold of anybody. Customer service has been horrible.
