Nothing to write home about...

Typical ho-hum mail-order company. Over a week later, customer service which does not answer any phone calls, decided to return my inquiry by email. No conversation. By that time it didn't matter. I will look to see if any other company sells the exact same masks. If not, I won't need more for many months. In the end the product arrived intact. But for a nickel less I would gladly buy elsewhere.

Placing the order is the problem...it always says there is an error...but then the order goes through. Shipping/packaging is fine.

Order did not have the plastic cover caps on the disinfectant like it usually does. Why?

As of Jan 30 2024,

As of Jan 30 2024, my order from Dec 12, 2023 is still not showing up on my orders. Item was shipped from third party company. Purchased and paid for item online and still had to jump through hoops to get my item.

Bad Experience

I called twice to ask about the product I was ordering to get details regarding the product. I specifically asked if the product had everything needed to operate on its own. I was told by both agents that it did. When it arrived I found that not to be true. I called a week ago to get return instructions and the agent advised me that she would have to talk to the manufacturer to confirm the purchase can be returned. I have not heard back. The process from beginning to end has not been a good experience. C. McLean-Thomas
