Products Are Great - Customer Service not so much!
The overall service was okay; however, when I placed the order the Account Manager put the shipping address as the billing address, even after I "repeatedly" gave her the correct information. Our agency will not pay if the invoices have the wrong information. I saw it once she sent the "quote" and I sent her an email immediately requesting that this be corrected. Then when I called to post the payment, again the incorrect information was put on the paid invoice, even after I told the person processing the payment the correct billing information. Then I started receiving emails from Benjamin, insisting that I submit a letter to correct the billing information. In order to do this, I would have to submit a form to our accounting office requesting that they submit a letter to correct this issue and it takes a few days. Since the payment had already posted to my credit card, the products received and I'm probably not going to order again anytime soon, I felt it was a moot point and decided not to pursue it further.
