We had some issues with the face mask. After writing the customer support, they immediately came back and sent out a new one. As easy as it gets, that’s how customer service should be. The products are also phenomenal. Huge recommendation to everyone.

Functionality is perfect. I ordered door hanging since it wasn't clear from the website the lamp shipped product included the hardware. Now I have one kit extra.
