Excellent product, excellent customer service
I loved my original Hooga red light device but it began to malfunction about 15 months after I purchased it, despite impeccable care. I contacted customer service, submitted the requested photo proof of the problems, and my concerns were promptly addressed. Within less than a week, I was right back to daily sessions with a fully-functioning device. I'm impressed with the benefits of Hooga red light therapy and recommend their devices to others, in addition to using them in my medical practice.
