I haven’t received my package yet!

I placed an order back in December, got a shipment notification a month later. Going into mid February a the only update is carrier awaiting package. I’ve tried different methods of reaching out to seek help with my order and NOT ONE RESPONSE

Placed the order 1st of January 2026, it’s February 7th… invalid tracking number and no one responds to the emails or messages.

I’ve been reaching out to holistic energy flow for weeks and no one has responded… it’s going on two months and I have not received any of the products I ordered. No one has reached out and I’ve sent messages on all platforms

Still haven’t received my product! It’s been over a month now.
