Love the website and have used for years now but time to receive product has gotten bad over the last few years. Still waiting for my product that this specific email is in regard to. Ordered it on Dec 25 and still have not received it. Not even a bulk order this time.

My order still hasn't arrived, it's been a month, I haven't received any other notifications and it still says that it has been shipped and my 7 knot bracelet hasn't arrived yet. . . I expect either a refund or you automatically send me a new one. I am very angry because I expected that there would be no problems, but the biggest problem that I want you to solve as a matter of urgency has just happened!!!

I placed an order and everyday I get a text with a tracking number that will not work. This is going on 10days now

Im not sure where is the disconnect. I ordered several seamoss jars and it’s almost 1 month now and still haven’t received it. I get emails to rate the products I haven’t tasted. i look at the tracking, nothing it’s been stuck on pre shipment awaiting status for 2 weeks. I emailed the company 3x. I’m so upset.
