I would have loved if the kit came with small samples of the before and after care (or just one or the other) but otherwise I really liked this. I've never waxed and I have PCOS; I wanted to stop shaving my chin every other day. A little over a week and I'm just now getting stubble. I had no irritation either and I have very sensitive skin (I asked for the sensitive wax) so that was a big win for me. It is a slight learning curve but I think next time it'll be even easier.

i was excited to use it -- mostly, it removes the hair on my legs. however, a lot remained and i don't necessarily have a thick hair so that kind of disappoint me a little. overall, it was fine and it did not irritate my skin.

Not bad for a beginner kit!! Comes with almost all the essentials, wish it came with a trial version of the skin prep and after care!!

Wax is pretty pain free--although it is messy. Wear old clothes or some type of covering so it does not touch fabric.
