I love supporting small businesses
I love supporting small businesses and I had read many positive things about this company and their wax. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to support small businesses when they don’t deliver the product as described AND have terrible/non existent customer service. I placed an order on/around January 8. I received an email stating my order would arrive between January 18-21. On January 16th I checked the tracking and saw the package had not even been accepted to the post office. I emailed the company. No response. I emailed again on January 20th. Remember, my order is supposed to come by January 21st. No response. I check today, the package was given to the post office on January 20. Still no response to any of my emails.
Here’s the thing…I get it, sometimes things take longer, small businesses don’t have the same shipping/production power as Amazon(in theory) but DON’T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
It’s just as easy to send an email or post on the website “Orders are delayed X days, please note when purchasing. ”
Ahh but then people might not order and then you’d lose profit! Well you’re already losing profit because no matter how good this wax is, I’ll never buy it again. Because you’ve shown me that you care more about your profit than your customer and that’s exactly why I don’t want to support big business. I guess it doesn’t matter, does it?
