wasnt crash hot on them for a day or so but persisted and find them now to be very easy to take and they have allowed me to get rid of about 4 other lots of tablets that I now don't have to take.so overall a fantastic outcome.

I have not used this yet, but am happy with the small amount of space it occupies in the pantry.
