A comprehensive set of tools that help to re-educate you on all aspects of diet. I have combined these books with the Michael Mosely Fast 800 eating plan and weight maintenance and with both sets I have an easy list to follow. The portion plate is a fantastic tool especially having pictures of the foods that fit each category. Although I studied food and nutrition for 5 years in High School in the 60's and 70's, this has everything in perspective without guessing what the actual food is within the groups. Absolutely love it
