GLOBAL - Ahava

I have ordered the goods on 28th of november. They were shipped from warehouse on 14th of december! Today is 6th of January and I still havent received it!!!!! It was supposed to be christmass gifts.

I have ordered a cream and 3 soaps in the beginning of December. The cream arrived but I am still waiting for the soaps. The customer service is slow, I emailed everywhere ( Instagram as well ) . I am having a terrible experience with Ahava customer service. I love your products but will not order again.

Item not yet received. Sent mail to customer service. No reply. Please refund my money back.

TERRIBLE. Have not received the right product for over 2 months, with no compensation. No personal contact, would NOT recommend buying from this company. Ridiculous customer service, this company takes your money and never sends the product you purchase.
