I made an order on 16th November. Despite of numerous emails to company i never received my product or refund i was asking many times. The most incompetent company i ever delt with. You are giving a very bad name to Ahava. Please send me refund !!

Over 2 months long and still I dont have the product I paid for...

I oredered body mud, but I ve got wrong package - mud soap, which i was not ordering. the replacemnet order has beed shipped on 22nd NOV but still I havent got anything.. So in the summary my money is stuck since 7th October 2020 and product has not arrived yet, over 2 months is already passed. I know we have covid and so on, but come on guys, this isn't normal.

Placed an order on 12 of November and today that is already 15 of DECEMBER still didn't receive it!!! The 3rd week that in contact with client service, however even they didn't manage to resolve this problem!
