GLOBAL - Ahava

Never received my order. After one and half months of sending emails asking for my order status which never got, my order got cancelled.

I ordered products on November 25th and despite several attempts to get in touch with you, have not received them yet! I need to know what is happening as soon as possible otherwise I will demand my money back and I will certainly not recommend you to anyone. I am very disappointed especially because I have been usund Ahava products for many years.

My order on 29 th Nov 2020 still not arrived and after many request i still haven’t got reply from Ahava customer service. Never experienced such a terrible service.

Only one out of three items was delivered. Still waiting for the other two and it has been six weeks. No communication from Ahava at all.

I have ordered the goods on 28th of november. They were shipped from warehouse on 14th of december! Today is 6th of January and I still havent received it!!!!! It was supposed to be christmass gifts.
