bad packing and shipping

I was so disappointed with the packing and shipping procedure. I ordered a Christmas present for my sister in England. She didn't receive the main present but only the free item. There was no shipping tracking properly showing where the package is or when will it be delivered. So sad. I will definitely NOT ORDER AGAIN

Month and a half since

Month and a half since I placed my order, and the package hasn’t shipped yet. Of course they charged my account on day 1. Customer support is absolutely terrible, they act like a wall and they resolve nothing. If something goes wrong with your purchase, believe me you will be on your own. Good luck!

Never got my order! I

Never got my order! I love AHAVA products, but buying online totally ruined my experience with the brand. GlobalE sent me just 1 item out of 7 ordered, others were lost, I guess. I wrote to support 7 times trying to understand what happened. No one ever explained. And after a month of standardized “we will look into this” replies, they simply canceled my order that I was really looking forward to receive! I love-love-love AHAVA and was always bringing it from Israel. But what a terrible experience. I actually cried yesterday when I received a cancellation (I never asked for it!!!) email.
