Never received my orders

I had a horrible experience with all three of my orders. Each of them hasn't arrived. I tried to hunt them down for 1.5 months and the customer service was not helpful at all. 1.5 months after I got hold of a professional person from Israel office who actually helped me to get a refund. But in the aftermath, I have never received the products I really wanted and had to literally work hard to get my refund. I could have enjoyed the products right now, but instead I'm writing an angry review. This is how loyalty and love for a brand turn into hate and "never buy from them" thing. P.S. And now I keep getting the emails that ask me "to kindly review the products" I have never received. Horrible experience I want to forget.

I make an order on

I make an order on november the 16 and i recived it on jenuary the 5th. Not only, in the packing there were 2 pices missing. In november i maked 3 orders and I only recived 2 with a lot of delay
