Dear Ahava Customer Service Team From the 19th of December 2020 I have ordered the following: 1. GE890138737GB 2. GE890157943GB 3. GE890191311GB 4. GE889674592GB I have not received anything till today. I am looking forwatd to receiving your answer

I had a horrible experience with all three of my orders. Each of them hasn't arrived. I tried to hunt them down for 1.5 months and the customer service was not helpful at all. 1.5 months after I got hold of a professional person from Israel office who actually helped me to get a refund. But in the aftermath, I have never received the products I really wanted and had to literally work hard to get my refund. I could have enjoyed the products right now, but instead I'm writing an angry review. This is how loyalty and love for a brand turn into hate and "never buy from them" thing. P.S. And now I keep getting the emails that ask me "to kindly review the products" I have never received. Horrible experience I want to forget.

I ordered two items in November and have to date still only received one. I will now be taking it further through PAYPAL
