GLOBAL - Ahava

No answers to my requests to know the delivery time and then..... Order cancelled after almost one month without any claryfication.

We paid on 14 Dec. Product never dispatched!!!

I ordered creams on 12/12/20 but I haven't received anything yet. To date 31/01/21 I have not yet received the notification of the shipment. I hope to receive some good news as soon as possible

Unfortunately you get brexit, and for the first time after years used to buy fromyour site, I had to pay customs duties. Result? More or less 200 euros of goods 110 euros of duties! Of course this is my last time I buy from ahava. Really sorry for that but this is what a stupid choice get to your market.
