GLOBAL - Ahava

Awful experience. Order was shipped late, no information from customer service at all about this. Package received was incomplete, some items missing. Still waiting for an explanation, my money or at least a reply

Very bad so far un fortunately . See the other comments. Order placed December 14/ payment made/ not shipped yet not response yet today is January 31.2021. Speechless. Can I have a feedback please now???

No answers to my requests to know the delivery time and then..... Order cancelled after almost one month without any claryfication.
