Undelivered orders
Hello, I have placed two orders end of November and one of them still hasn't arrived and will not arrive next week. If your fulfillment center handled orders quicker this wouldn't happen but for now I don't have the gift for Christmas I ordered. Thank you very much!

The last "experience" was not
The last "experience" was not ok... in the last 2 years I start buying your products because the quality its udge but its the second time that I dont receveid the products.. and the last I didnt received the payment.. since 7 of September..
