I have still not received my order of over a month ago

Although the company returns the amount for the specific product, a new purchase must be made, almost always without a discount or less than the order discount. In addition, with each new purchase there is a transfer cost. That is, additional cost for the customer. Also, the time of completion of this whole process by the company is long. Disappointing.
