I have still not received my order of over a month ago

once again the order sent was not complete. A product was missing. Although the company returns the amount for the specific product, a new purchase must be made, almost always without a discount or less than the order discount. In addition, with each new purchase there is a transfer cost. That is, additional cost for the customer. Also, the time of completion of this whole process by the company is long. Disappointing.

Not happy with my last delivery which took over 3 weeks and products missing from the box
