Customer service was horrible and I will never order from this site again. I’ll make sure none of my friends and family do either. I tried to cancel my order by emailing them within 5 minutes of my order, only for them to tell me that it’s too late. Their policy states that orders can be cancelled if you email them within 1 hour of the order. They refused for me even though I emailed within minutes.

First wear and the eyeliner sticks everywhere; on to my own lashes and it’s hard to work with. The lashes broke when I took them off, with the magnets on them. It’s a disappointment because the ones that I’ve gotten are not as strong as I’ve seen from the ad that I bought from. It’s been a waste of money and a whole months waiting time for the shipping. All in all it has been an unfortunate buy and not worth it.

I tried a couple of times to return my lashes and get a refund and they never responded. They have never been worn or used. This is frustrating!

The lashes quality is lowlife plastic. Overprized. The magnetic sticky eyeliner IS A JOKE. This whole show is a money wasting lie. Never contact me again.

I do not recommend this product. It was nit natural looking at all. The band is yoo thick and the eyeliner is of poor quality. My lashes did not stay on without packing a ton of eyeliner & i don't like the black goth look for day wear. I purchased these for easy every day wear. These lashes are meant more for a club wear maybe & will only look natural if they are worn with smokey eye look to camouflage the thick band. I DO NOT recommend!
