The quality of the products is absolutely horrendous especially for how much you pay. I bought 3 sets and the magnetic eyeliner. The eyelashes look like costume make up as they are way too long (the lashes themselves and width wise on the eyelid); the magnetic eyeliner smells terrible and is impossible to get off even with the olive oil q tips they offer; and the eyelashes are super heavy on your eyelids. I could not imagine wearing them out for more than 5 mins. I will say they had decent customer service because I was able to get a full refund. Would not purchase again unless the quality improves.

Your customer service needs a LOT of work.

Order was easy to make, representatives helped identify the best product for my needs. Upon receiving the items I came to be quite disappointed. The lashes didn’t not stay attached. There were large gaps between lashes and eye lid, it was clunky looking and a very obvious fake lash look. Perhaps it works really well for others, but I wouldn’t recommend. Wasted 70$ if you ask me.
