I've not had a response to my comment, so how can I judge an "experience". I love the humidifier. Past filters were great. This one is not of same quality. My poor experience just involves that filter, no negative issue with the overall unit or none at Canopy. Like I said -- I love this little humidifier.

Shipping was fine, took about a week. Don’t offer a mystery box of essential oils because they’ll just send you rejects of whatever they didn’t sell.
