Average. Customer service sent out a new unit promptly when ours arrived defective - yay. However, the defective one took WEEKS to ship and we were never notified that the item was on backorder/preorder. The item is really only a barely solid 2/5 stars. Super disappointed in almost this entire process and purchase - minus the essential oil that came with it.

I’m just not sure what is going on with the power mode and settings. Didn’t keep manual and was hoping it was a little simpler to know what button to hit how many times and just know what mode its in. I at this point have no idea what’s going on with it. But it’s constantly kicking on sound and running on its own even when I turn it to no light on and even when there is no water in it… as long as its plugged in it will kick on.

shipping is way slower than any of my other packages. very disappointing

Redesign the box the filter is shipped in - which causes the filter to be crumpled and doesn't lay flat as it should.
