Need Help Getting Flavored Collagen

I’ve been given some information on changing from Amazon.com to a different retailer that sells GenuineHealth Pineapple Berry Collagen, but now I have to figure this out myself since I hate the Unflavored Collagen from Amazon.com. It just seems like if GenuineHealth really cared, that company would help me to fix my recurring shipment to the USA every two months of two Collagen containers in a more active manner. I can’t tolerate the disgusting tasting Unflavored Collagen one more day. I have to hold my nose just to drink the skunk-like tasting mixture. Evidently, I have to wait until the end of this month to delete my present recurring shipment and find a different retailer besides Amazon.com, so that my shipments can resume next month. Thanks for the stress.

Great products, misleading advertising

Did not get what I was promised... twice! First, discontinued items were not taken off the website. The second time, I was promised a free product with minimum order, which was all I really needed, only to find when I received the box that the free product had not been included. No mention anywhere of a due date to order to get it. Misleading advertising, and I will not be shopping online at Genuine Health in the future. My Dad used to teach me to "do what you say you're going to do, when you say you're going to do it." Genuine Health would benefit from his teaching.

Second order wasn’t satisfactory

This is my second time ordering from you guys. The first time was great. But the second time, my order was missing half of the order. I contacted customer service and the agent replied back quickly. Told me the rest of my shipment will be shipped out soon in one to two days. It’s been two days. And I haven’t received an email confirming my shipment. Was counting on the order since I’m almost out of the product i needed. So now I don’t know whether or not to go get it somewhere else or just wait. Doesn’t seem like they are on top of things for the second time around. Not really satisfied about that…
