Had trouble altering the contents of my cart. Not sure if it was just ‘stuck’ the day I was using it, but could not complete my transaction because I had unwanted items in my cart that I could not remove

Your products are good but your website is not. It was showing a free coffee product with order but by the time I got hold of customer service, the offer was gone. They gave me a 20% coupon but I already had a 15% coupon for welcome new customer. I lost a $35 offer. Not pleased.

Unfortunately this product did not work for my children due to its strong odour that I can only describe as sauerkraut. Though the taste was lovely the smell made it undrinkable by my small children (and even a challenge for myself).

I ordered online was was given my confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number but my order never showed up and I was unable to track it. I emailed and they said they don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. They did resolve quickly then resent me my order I am still waiting for it a little disappointed in the time it’s taking to receive my order and wish they would have it in their check out they don’t ship to P.O. Boxes so looking forward to it finally coming.

Haven’t received order and still waiting for a response.
