I did question the quality upon first opening the jar, but I eas assured by a prompt response that the oils had not gone off. I was also offered the opportunity to return the product for a refund. I have come to appreciate the product's benefits, so I am glad I did not take them up on that offer. Genesis HH has given me efficient, respectful customer service, and I appreciate their standing behind their product. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well.

I thought I was gonna be one of the lucky ones to avoid hot flashes during perimenopause. Turns out I wasn’t. But as soon as I started getting them I ordered this Wild Yam cream that I’d seen all over my social media. And while I waited for it to be delivered I kept track of my hot flashes. For four days straight I would get an average of one an hour while I was awake. The first day I used the cream it was down to 4-6 the whole day, and the ones I did have were less intense.
