I thought I was gonna be one of the lucky ones to avoid hot flashes during perimenopause. Turns out I wasn’t. But as soon as I started getting them I ordered this Wild Yam cream that I’d seen all over my social media. And while I waited for it to be delivered I kept track of my hot flashes. For four days straight I would get an average of one an hour while I was awake. The first day I used the cream it was down to 4-6 the whole day, and the ones I did have were less intense. By the 3rd day they were completely gone and haven’t come back since!!🙌🙌 @practicallyrooted
