I’ve ordered from Foxy Locks
I’ve ordered from Foxy Locks several times before and always had a great experience, which is why this has been disappointing.
I placed a pre-order for the 14” Moccachino extensions (£120) over 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. I understand pre-orders can take time, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.
I did receive a response when I chased my order after a few weeks, but there have been no proactive updates since then or any clear estimated dispatch date.
Based on my previous experiences, I expected much better customer service. A simple update email would make a big difference and reassure customers.
I’ll update this review once I receive the product, but so far the experience hasn’t been great.
