Hair extensions are different colour in sun , not jet black . The quality is also very dry of the hair and not like before . So little bit disappointed. The service is great and delivery speed is also great .

I have had the hair for barely a month and they have dried out from straightening and I’m not happy with quality previously the hair bought in double weft was stronger more natural looking , where as the more expensive has turned out to be a disappointment but due to wearing them I am unable to return as I won’t get a refund - very expensive mistake

I ve been a client for so many years , and will still be as I like the product , but the return process it’s really a headache , sent my return on the 15th of December still didn’t get my refund after 13 days.

The hair is cut funny, doesn't sit right when it's in, can only be worn curled. When sending emails they take ages to get back to you, the chat is better but can still take ages to get through. The hair is of good quality and thickness, however due to lack of communication and taking ages to get back I won't be purchasing from foxylocks again

Took ages and I had to reach out for any update on my order , the hair arrived and I’ve worn them for about a month now and they’re already getting tangled and tatty a minute into wearing them , quality is awful , only good thing about them is the fact they are invisible on the scalp
