Pre order took much longer than estimated times on website. Ordered in September and received in December. Product nice but had to contact a few times to customer service to chase up my order, not once did they contact me to say of more delays on product. Wouldn’t put me off ordering again from company but wouldn’t order anything on pre order.

Service was great, colour match was very accurate, and the product was delivered quickly. I ordered the clip-in pony, and my only issues is that it’s very thick and very heavy, so not really suitable for someone with very thin hair, it would be great if weight/thickness options were offered as well as lengths. Also you can colour match without taking the product off the packaging which is great, but you can’t try it on without removing packaging and therefore cannot return.

I usually love the hair quality at foxy locks. But my last order hasn't been so good.

Color and hair were great. However, the clips don't clip correctly and hair slides off causing hair extension to slide off natural hair. I've never purchased extensions with such bad clips. I don't know if the ones I got were defective but the first day I wore them an extension fell off! I was so embarrassed and upset because I lost the hair extension. I cannot brush or gently tug on them while I'm wearing them because they fall off. I also wish the website would've alerted me that the hair extensions were on back order. I would have ordered a different color or length that was in stock. I love the color especially the ombre balayage I just wish the clips were better quality.
