Took over a month for

Took over a month for what I wanted to arrive, so I got offered 20 inch down to a 18, then that run out of stock. But I had to chase a week after to be told this. I was then offered 16inch which I wasn’t happy about as if I wanted to go that short I would have ordered the 16inch originally. The 18inch finally arrived. Delivery and stock needs improving however the hair is absolutely the best I have ordered

Delivery was fast, the hair is good quality but tje cut and style is awful on this, its is crooked and choppy. Disappointed but hoping my hairdresser will be able to do something with them.

Lack of warm blonde shades

Lack of warm blonde shades but good quality extensions. I have 2 lengths of chestnut brown but now I've went back to blonde (warm with soft dimension) I haven't found a shade match.

In my experience there is typically a week or more of no communications from your company until the order is shipped. I would like to better understand how to use loyalty? Points toward my purchase's and also why I am paying VAT taxes. My wife loves the hair.

I’ve ordered so many times

I’ve ordered so many times from Foxy Locks but this time was different. I placed my order Jan 2025 and didn’t receive it until May 2025. I do understand there are delays but when I ordered all it said was preorder and within 1-2 weeks it would be available. It took over three months, again I understand the company can’t control distribution BUT my suggestion would be to keep your customers who are visiting updated. At least for how long I had to wait and the fact I had to reach out every time, maybe have an automated system that will send emails once every 4-6 weeks if it takes that long. It was just crazy considering I’ve always got my items pretty quickly…
