Product never came.

Customer service sucks

There is no way to cancel this sub from your website. I sent an email about two weeks ago and still no one has responded to it. Bad support and no way to cancel my account myself makes the site out to be a scam.

Please cancel the order. I am no longer interested in the product. I sent an email to the support mail but havent got response yet.

Still waiting for a solution on how I can complete the medical questionnaire. Very dissapointed in technical support.
