Product is fine...shipping and customer service is horrible

I couldn’t tell you if it works or not- my second order is a week late and counting. It might work, but I’ll never know.

A few problems: 1. I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone who can straighten out my order. 2. I cannot seem to add anything to my order. I bought the pills and vitamins but I wanted to add the two items in the kit to make it complete. 3. I ran out of pills and vitamins and the arrival of the refills is about a week or so behind what I expected. 4. I’m not sure if the product is working because I have only had one month to use it. If if takes 1 to 2 weeks for reorders then I’m certain that the product will not have a chance to do what it is designed to do. 5. Overall, poor communication… but I’m still hopeful.
