Poor Service
I placed an order 22 days ago. My prescription was approved by a physician and my credit card was charged the same day. I've yet to receive my order. When I noticed my order hadn't shipped after 12 days, I contacted customer service. It took three business days to receive a response. The response included a discount on my next order, but something the customer service representative said to me really bothered me - I was told that my order was "scheduled to arrive on date x." The type of shipping hims uses does not have a guarantee, so a shipment could not be "scheduled." The class of mail used to ship my order is below First Class. That's also how I would describe their customer service.
