Absolutely horrible
I signed up for a trial because I was curious. I paid $5 for a month supply, but it was about a week before I confirmed with a doctor and got the meds shipped to me, which made my payment schedule different than what I had noted in my calendar. So when I confusedly tried to cancel my subscription (they don't allow you to cancel without calling or messaging support directly. There is literally no way to log in to your account and have the option to cancel, like every reputable website has these days. They intentionally make it a huge hassle, and when you do get an answer from support, it is "you can't cancel until you confirm with the doctor." Which you then have to spend another few days doing before you are actually able to cancel. (Note that I hadn't even taken any of the medication because I decided the sexual side effects were not worth the potential hair retention, once I really had time to think about it.) Even so, the convoluted cancellation process took too long and I got charged $50 for another month supply which I will never use and is still sealed in a box stacked on top of the initial month's sealed box.
When I voiced my displeasure with customer service and attempt to work on a resolution. The representative who contacted me contradicted everything I said and refused to discuss any sort of refund and still did not cancel my account. So I disputed the charge with my bank and send an email informing this company that I had, and to please cancel the account. The rep sent back an email which ignored everything I had asked about or addressed in my email, and only made a short reply that the account was now closed. (No confirmation whatsoever other than a non form casual email reply. Which was fine because I had already ensured they wouldn't be allowed to charge me ever again with my bank.)
I kept the emails and messages that were sent in case the bank needs them or if I just want to easily show someone what happened. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever received, and a company that is more worried about $50 than building trust and lasting relationships with customers is not one that deserves anyone's business.
