Delayed Shipment of Second Order
With no explanation, or apology, my second order has been delayed by over two weeks. I will be without medication, which will impact the effectiveness and delay results. This is despite my money being promptly debited from my account. Customer service has ranged from mildly helpful to rude and dismissive. With so many competitors selling the exact same product with the exact same model, I would think customer service would be an important consideration.
