Not happy with the continued renewell, with monthly fees, without knowing how the product worked.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ordered products and got notice immediately that they were shipped. Five days later I find that the package was sent back for who’s knows what. Four weeks later I got the product. The services rep was super rude and condisending the whole time

Just left me hanging with out a response.

Trouble with the paper work and no customer support for me. I've sent my phone number and request a call to straighten out the problem, nothing. Now you want a review??????????????

Delayed Shipment of Second Order

With no explanation, or apology, my second order has been delayed by over two weeks. I will be without medication, which will impact the effectiveness and delay results. This is despite my money being promptly debited from my account. Customer service has ranged from mildly helpful to rude and dismissive. With so many competitors selling the exact same product with the exact same model, I would think customer service would be an important consideration.
