I ordered the Hims Hair product and went through the whole questionnaire, submitted the requested photos, and a couple weeks later, my order was suddenly cancelled. I placed another order, submitted the questions and photos again, only to have there be "a problem" with my order. A few weeks later, it was cancelled again. I'm not sure if this company is a complete hoax, a "too good to be true" offer, or a legitimate company but I was very patient, I waited, and was left feeling very frustrated and put off. How was my experience? It was bizarre, unsatisfying, and very disappointing.
