2nd failure in a row!

The first time "I don't know why it just didn't ship. Let me refund and send another." 2nd was "sent" and "delivered" but not to me so idk where or who got my shipment. Honestly would have you refund the purchase because I have already bought what you guys failed to ship TWICE.

The service

Hello, so I am a new customer to try out these products and I signed up for the $5 dollar to give it a try. I must say that the service is definitely too long even through email. I order my products early October and when I got my confirmation it states first order to be received in November?? Really? That’s horrible service. You guys need to find a way to expedite Orders. And after reaching out to the support team I still have to wait for early November shipment because there was a delay on my order. I definitely looked forward in trying your products but after this first impression I have doubts now.

Still No Delivery

I've reached out several times, I have received my delivery. I've given plenty of chances for this to be fixed. I will be canceling all subscriptions.

Order

I was given a tracking number saying my order has shipped but when tracking packages it says the order has not been given tights post office yet . Not good
