Hello, so I am a new customer to try out these products and I signed up for the $5 dollar to give it a try. I must say that the service is definitely too long even through email. I order my products early October and when I got my confirmation it states first order to be received in November?? Really? That’s horrible service. You guys need to find a way to expedite Orders. And after reaching out to the support team I still have to wait for early November shipment because there was a delay on my order. I definitely looked forward in trying your products but after this first impression I have doubts now.
