Focus Factor®

I placed my order hoping to start using the product within a week. After 3 weeks nothing. I contacted their customer service to cancel the order as it had not yet even been shipped. 2 days after I cancelled they decided to ship the order. The sarcastic customer service rep, Katie and I went back and forth through emails and now the order I placed in September has not been refunded yet as of November 4th. The rudeness of the customer service rep was insult to injury. I have made sure that I alerted all my Facebook, Instagram, friends, family not to use this site as you will not receive your product and you have to fight for your refund.

No change at all in my memory or any other aspect of this.

Item was ordered on September 6th. Received shipping confirmation on Sept. 15th. Item was never received & tracking number stated "invalid" on DHL tracker . I contacted customer service on October 5th and received a reply that led me to believe that they would be sending another. By October 15th, no shipping confirmation and no further response from customer service after I sent repeated emails trying to follow up on the situation. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I'm very disappointed.

We have never received the shipment.....

I placed my order online. The payment was deducted from my account 2 days later. After waiting a week, I emailed Customer Service to check on shipping. First they ask me to verify my address, which I did. Then they confirmed my order. Nothing about shipping. Another week went by. Contacted CS again. Again they were happy to confirm my order. After three weeks, I started requesting a refund. Ever time they would send me an email, I said I wanted a refund. Finally, after over three weeks I received my order. I could have gone to Walmart and bought it. I have not taken it long enough to give a review. But I will NEVER buy from Focus Factor again.
