Focus Factor®

Have not received my product

You refuse to honor your warranty on Focus Factor that I just received and have not opened because they are not capsules, they are tablets which I cannot take. You are a dishonest company and I will let everyone know that you will not honor the warranty that you clearly stated on you FB advertisement.

Ignored my expedited shipping order until I finally cancelled it due to travel constraints - then they ignored my cancel request, billed me and shipped it to arrive AFTER I left. Appalling customer service.

Haven't experienced any benefit yet

I'm in the middle of taking my first order of focus factor, I see zero difference. I'm taking five at a time they're going away quickly with nothing to show for my investment.
