Never again
I ordered the wrong product and was told I could not cancel or return it, so they charged me, then AFTERWARD, sent the wrong product. This is bad customer service. I should have been told: We cannot cancel it, but we will ship you what you need, then when you receive the wrong shipment just return the unopened package back to us. Instead I kept getting 'Sorry, no' emails. I own a business. I would do what my customer asks and make it right for the sake of keeping a customer and not take the risk of bad word of mouth over an unsuccessful sale. You guys were looking out for yourselves, not for me.
