I haven't seen any change Yet! Still can't remember some words or where I've placed an object.

I have not received the last two orders! I ask your company why, I only received once reply! And have not tell me when you can do with my problems!

Cannot use the coupons they send. Pisses me off.

Non existent customer service for even the simplest of inquiries.

Customer service is horrible. No refund policy is ridiculous! My husband and I had a terrible reaction and instead of providing us with our full refund we were asked to gift it to someone! I would never ever gift a product that I was not happy with.
