Focus Factor®

Poor products. Poor customer service.

You have me on an “Auto-ship” program that I never authorized.! I have tried to stop this but it continues.!! I am now canceling the Credit Card associated with this. My next plan will be to complain to B.B.B.

As soon as I place the order focus factor popped up so I called and canceled it and ordered something else he said it was all taken care of and focus factor would not come to me but here it is and you guys took money out of my account I don’t want it I want money back in my account and now you guys are sending me more I’m gonna send it right back I do not want this crap if I wanted it I could buy it at Walgreens please put all money back in my account and please stop all focus factor coming to my home and out of my account thank you so much Cheryl Jennings

I have a case against Focus Factor right now through Pay Pal for not refunding my purchase I made in early January and then returned, unopened. They do not tell you that there are no refunds where it can be seen, plain and simple. It is against every other business principles. Focus Factor needs to catch up with the real world or they will be certainly losing business for their products.

After sales services are the worst that I can ever imagine I have NOT received my items to date and your customer services again is not helpful on tracking shipment
