Inconsistency with sample formulas! Don’t buy, it’s so hard to even sample the products. Also I purchased 2 sample kits and one came out with the formula being old and unusable. I had a big headache buying from this brand. Would not recommend!

Having so much trouble trying to redeem my points. I typed in the code for redemption at check out it wouldn't work. I contacted customer service and they said I used it when I got my birthday gift. How in the world did I use it on a free birthday gift?! 🙄 So now I asked if they could generate a new reward code, nope they said no! Their products aren't even that good and not worth the price. The retinol eye balm burns so much I had to rinse it off. Redness rescue doesn't rescue anything. The only thing I actually like is the foaming cloud face cleanser. So now I'm out $20 of rewards and customer service who will not get back to me. Oh well, they just lost a customer.

I have tried twice now to return without any success

Very poor customer service. The representative did not at all acknowledge my real issue and sent back a bot response. Will never buy from this company again.

Very upset about not being able to return my mascara that doesn’t work for my lashes. I’ve contacted customer service about this and they said they don’t do returns. I wish I knew about this before I purchased it. I wish they listed that on the site very clearly so customers are aware. At least give us a sample of your bestseller before we make a commitment to buy a product that we can’t return. I spent $30 on a mascara that promised me something that it failed to deliver on. Also, the shipping took a lot longer than expected and when I emailed them about that, I didn’t get a response.
