Your no return policy with opened cosmetics has me very dissatisfied because I’ve spent almost $100 on concealers and still can’t use due to the swatches not being true to what I received. It’s difficult to buy online and I was so hopeful at the very least the 2nd concealer I bought would work. The coverage is fantastic so I am so even more disappointed I cannot use what I bought.
