I have been so disappointed
I have been so disappointed in customer service since trying this line. I am still waiting on a response to a question about the mandelic acid drops. I have now sent 2 emails. Also, the first concealer I purchased was too light and I was told no exchange because it was opened. Well how am I going to see if it works if I do not open it? So I ordered a deeper shade and it too is still too light, so I have 2 concealers that I cannot use which is a shame because the coverage is phenomenal and it didn’t irritate my very sensitive eyes. I spent a lot of money. Buying online is tough for beauty but normally if I have had to exchange something because it wasn’t a good shade match with other brands, I could.
