Express Hospital Beds

I didn't understand that free shipping meant I had to assemble the bed. But really, it wasn't that difficult. The you tube instructions made it possible. The paper instructions weren't very helpful, because it was difficult to see the pictures--blurry.

I have not actually seen the bed that I purchased but it has been reported to me that it appears to be comfortable, appropriately sized for the user, elevates easily and lowers easily. The mattress has depth and appears to provide adequate support. As to my personal experience with Express Hospital Beds, I found the staff helpful and knowledgable about the products available. The information provided guided my thinking on the factors to consider before making a purchase. Although delivery of the bed was a little later than represented, it was delivered and assembled in a reasonable amount of time.

Website was okay. Selection of frame eàsy D Selection of mastress was harder,. Needed one with weight for @ 400lbs or more Package was okay.

Employee assistance in selection and technical support was excellent. Unfortunately, the bed took a little longer to receive due to a lack of parts, requiring it to be shipped from another location and subsequently extending the delivery time. I am very satisfied with the product and would not hesitate doing business with Express Beds in the future.

Service and shipping was good. Just wasn’t expecting the bed to bee shipped on a pallet standing 7 foot tall. Very hard for myself to unpack
