Express Hospital Beds

Love the bed. Delivery a nightmare —-over 200 pound bed left on my driveway “due to Covid.” 🙄😳😩

Had some bumps, but Tom did us right. Only thing remaining is for someone to pick up the extra bed we were shipped.

Equipment meets expectations. A little disappointed in the thin mattress, given that we upgraded. Technician was timely a d professional.

I want to talk about “Ann”. She was the person who assisted me in finding out status of my order. When it would be delivered. She was professional and knowledgeable. But most impressive was her follow through. She called to be sure the technician called as he was suppose to and came as he scheduled

All 3 products were delivered & setup very well. He was on time. Weekend setup was selected by the delivery company and because of the weight of the bed there should have been another person to assist him. ( only a suggestion).
